The premium pension institution of Aegon Cappital will merge with the premium pension institution of a.s.r. in 2025. From then on, we will be Cappital Pension and will continue under the a.s.r. banner. We are doing everything we can to ensure the transition goes as smoothly as possible, so that you and your employees quickly feel at home with a.s.r. On this page, you can read more about what will remain the same for you and what will change.
I pay pension contributions via direct debit:
Each month, we automatically debit pension contributions for your employees from your account. This process will continue after January 1, 2025. Our account number remains the same, but the account name will change to ASR Premiepensioeninstelling N.V. You don’t need to take any action—your existing authorization remains valid.
I pay pension contributions via manual transfer:
Each month, you manually transfer pension contributions for your employees. Our account number will remain the same, but the account name will change to ASR Premiepensioeninstelling N.V. Starting January 1, 2025, use this new account name when making your transfer.
Addendum to Legal Documents for Aegon Cappital Due to the Transition to a.s.r.
In the first quarter of 2025, participants will see an addendum in their personal portal for the execution agreement and the pension regulations. This document will detail the changes. The addendum applies only to pension contracts with a fixed term. Changes for the Pension Subscription are already incorporated into the updated online legal documents, which will be available in early 2025.
