Once you have made your choice, order your smartwatch using the a.s.r. Vitality app. Go to the 'Improve Your Health' section and swipe right. This is where you can buy your activity tracker.

N.B. If you have an Android phone, you can only buy the Fitbit. It is not possible to pair the Apple Watch with an Android phone. If you have an iPhone, you can choose between the Fitbit and Apple Watch.

To earn a monthly cashback using your activity tracker, we set you a monthly goal. You always get a full month to earn points towards this.

If you purchase an activity tracker via the a.s.r. Vitality app, your monthly target starts on the first day of the following month. We check how many points you earn as a participant every month. The amount of cashback we pay you depends on the number of points you earned in the previous month. We aim to transfer the amount to your account number in the 2nd half of each month. The month in which you earned your cashback is noted in the payment reference.

Good to know

If you leave a.s.r. Vitality within 24 months, you can of course keep your Apple Watch, but you won’t be able to earn any more cashback.
- We will not send you a new Fitbit in case of loss or theft
- However, you will still get cashback if you meet your monthly goals but you will need to pair a new activity tracker with the app
- If you want to buy another Fitbit with cashback through the a.s.r. Vitality app, you can do so 24 months after you paid off the Fitbit that was lost or stolen
We would like to reward you with the latest Fitbit models so we offer the most recent models as soon as we have agreed good terms with the suppliers. You don't need the latest model to join a.s.r. Vitality.
The app of Fitbit Charge 4 works on any smartphone running the operating systems listed below:
- Android OS 7.0 or later
- Windows 10 version 1607.0 or later
- Apple iOS 10 or later
