What do we calculate for you?

This calculation tool provides an estimate of the costs of a pension for your employees. An exact calculation is made based on age, income and choices within the pension scheme. Contributions are determined on this basis. We will be pleased to make an accurate calculation when we discuss a pension scheme for your people with you. So you know exactly what this employment condition will cost for you, as the employer.

What's in the calculation?

The pension contribution we calculate for you includes the costs for:

  • The Pension module - pension accrual
  • The Death Benefits module - the surviving dependants’ pension in the event of death before the retirement date
  • The module waiver of contributions on incapacity for work module - continued payment of contributions in the event of occupational disability
  • Administration costs
