Information page changes 2025

On September 17, we informed our members about the changes that will take effect on January 1, 2025. Below, we outline the details of the updated program and its accompanying terms and conditions, so you’ll know what to expect in the coming year.

Earn points

You can still earn points with steps and heartrate for your weekly goal, monthly goal and Vitality Status. We are just making it a bit easier to get started or get back on track. This means that:

  • the minimum weekly goal will be reduced from 300 to 100 points per week;
  • you can earn points starting from 5,000 steps per day or with a less intensive workout.

Rewards

With a.s.r. Vitality, staying fit remains fun and rewarding. You can still earn 3 types of rewards: a weekly, monthly and status reward. We are also introducing Vitality Benefits. These benefits are always accessible, even if regular exercise isn’t possible for a while. See below for a description and examples of each type of reward.
